Refund policy

Each piece is made to order and thus we do not offer refunds on any orders. Exchange is available only for size issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the incorrect size being sent.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange requests for reasons other than size (such as change of mind or design preference) will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product for exchange.
