- All our pieces are made to order with utmost care and craftsmanship.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
- Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
- Exchange is available only for size issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
- Exchange requests for reasons other than size (such as change of mind or design preference) will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product for exchange.
